Service Manager - Nissan Trowbridge
Our Nissan Dealership in Trowbridge is looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager.
Our Servicing department puts our customers right at the centre of everything we do by delivering great customer experience through providing estimates, booking service repairs and answering queries.
You will need to be committed and focused with a genuine desire to succeed in delivering not only an excellent financial performance but also first-class customer service.
Your main focus will be to ensure volume and profit targets are met by inspiring and leading your team to achieve their full potential, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
You will need to have worked within a Main Dealer environment within the motor trade and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, effective people skills and be able to show strong financial control. Knowledge of CDK systems would be advantageous.
